At Spine & Flow Chiropractic and Wellness Center, we offer personalized chiropractic care in San Juan. We know pain can affect your work, your rest and the activities you enjoy. That’s why we start by listening to your concerns and doing an evaluation to understand your needs and goals.

What are your hours?
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Closed Tuesday and Sunday. By appointment only.

What happens at the first visit?
First we evaluate to understand what you need; then, together, we decide on the most appropriate care.
At your first visit we review your health history and perform a clinical evaluation and any tests needed to better understand what may be contributing to your symptoms.
